Bookings & Quotes

All fares are quoted per vehicle and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices include tolls, fuel and parking unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is made to the driver on the day of travel by cash or e-wallet, unless a deposit is agreed in advance for larger bookings.

Changes & Cancellation

Please give reasonable notice for changes or cancellations. We will always try to accommodate adjustments to your schedule.

Waiting & Extra Stops

A reasonable waiting time is included. Extended waiting or additional stops not in the original quote may be chargeable.

Liability

Vehicles are licensed and insured. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control, but will always do our best to keep you on schedule.
