Booking with MY13KLTAXI is refreshingly simple, with no apps to download, no accounts to create, and no lengthy forms to wade through. Reach us on WhatsApp or through our quick online booking form, share a few details about your trip, and we take care of everything else. Within a short while you will have a clear, all-in quote and a confirmed ride ready and waiting for your travel day.
How To Book — 3 Steps
Click the Book Now button
On any page, click the orange Book Now button in the top bar — it takes you straight to the booking form. If you would like to compare prices first, the rate page lists the fixed fare for every route.
Pick your trip type and fill in the booking form
Open the booking form and start by choosing your Trip Type — One Way or Return. Return adds a second set of date and time fields further down. Then pick your MPV and complete the pick-up details. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
You will receive an email, then we re-confirm
The moment you submit, a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered, listing everything you filled in. We then contact you within 24 hours to re-confirm your booking, the vehicle and your driver details.
What to Include in Your Message
To turn your request around quickly, please include these details in your very first message:
- Pick-up & drop-off locations
- Travel date & pick-up time
- Number of passengers & luggage
- One-way or return
- Flight number (for airport pickups)
- Any stops or special requests
Take Note
- For any change to a confirmed booking, please tell us at least 24 hours before your travel date.
- Payment is made to the driver on the day, in Malaysian Ringgit — cash or e-wallet. We do not take card payments.
- No deposit is needed for most trips. Larger or peak-season bookings may be asked for one, and we will say so when we quote.
- Booking a day ahead is recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays.
- Fares are per vehicle and already include tolls, fuel and parking.
Booking FAQ
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For most single trips, no deposit is needed; you simply settle with the driver once you reach your destination, paying by cash or e-wallet. For multi-day charters, large groups, or busy holiday dates, a small deposit may be requested to hold the vehicle, and this is always agreed clearly beforehand.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
After you approve the quote, we send a written confirmation on WhatsApp listing your pick-up time, location, chosen vehicle, and route. Keep that message handy on travel day, as it holds everything you and your driver need to find each other and stay perfectly in sync.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
Absolutely, plans shift and we completely understand. Just message us as early as you reasonably can, and we will gladly adjust your time, pick-up point, or route, or cancel free of charge. A little notice lets us release the driver and help other guests too.
