Booking Terms

These terms explain how we work together when you charter a private vehicle with MY13KLTAXI. They apply to every booking, whether you reserve a single airport transfer or a full day of touring around the city. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the points set out below.

Bookings & Confirmation

To make a booking, send us your trip details by WhatsApp or through the enquiry form on our website. Let us know your date, time, pick-up point, destination and the number of passengers. We will reply with a clear quote and confirm that a suitable vehicle is available. Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we acknowledge it. No deposit is needed simply to check availability.

Fares & What’s Included

We quote a fixed, all-inclusive fare for the route you agree with us. Unless we tell you otherwise, that price covers the vehicle, a professional driver, fuel, road tolls and standard parking for the journey. There are no hidden surcharges. Because the fare is tied to the agreed route and schedule, extra stops or changes made on the day may be priced separately, as explained below.

Additional Charges

A few things fall outside the standard fare and will always be quoted to you in advance:

• Extra stops or additional pick-up/drop-off points — RM 30 per extra point
• Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule — RM 120 per hour
• Changes to the route or itinerary on the day
• Driver meals & accommodation for overnight trips
• Any attraction tickets, tolls outside the quoted route, or personal expenses

Cancellations & Changes

Plans change, and we understand that. If you need to cancel or adjust your trip, please let us know as early as you can so we can free up or rearrange the vehicle. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes to your timing, pick-up points or itinerary, subject to availability. For last-minute cancellations, a fair charge may apply to cover a driver who has already been assigned.

Availability & Coverage

We serve Kuala Lumpur, the wider Klang Valley and outstation destinations across Peninsular Malaysia, including airport transfers, city trips and full-day tours. Our drivers are available around the clock, so early-morning and late-night journeys are welcome. Because demand can be high on weekends and holidays, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred vehicle and time.

Luggage, Safety & Conduct

• Please declare oversized or excess luggage when booking
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times
• No smoking, and no consumption that may soil the vehicle
• Any damage caused by passengers may be chargeable

Liability

Your safety is our priority, and our vehicles are insured and regularly maintained. That said, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where such delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed and get you moving again.
